Challenge

A NASDAQ-listed Israeli company was looking for its first partner in Japan. Despite 3,000+ units sold overseas, they had no sales channels or customer network in Japan.

What we did

  • Partnered with a Japanese corporate partner to propose a market-entry collaboration
  • Built a setup that enabled sales from Day 1 of contract (secured exclusive rights, immediate launch)
  • Designed same-day upsell from the existing customer list via email newsletters, led by Eifer's Japan partner

Portable coffee maker

Built the Japan launch from zero to one, culminating in a major live TV launch

Challenge

A Shanghai-founded brand — #1 in its category on Amazon US/EU, selling in 40+ countries — wanted to seriously enter Japan. Their patented product that "brews concentrated coffee in 3 minutes using cold water" required a strategy to expand across Japan's diverse channels.

What we did

  • Negotiated and secured exclusive distribution rights in Japan

Clear ice maker

Beat 10+ competing distributors to win exclusive rights, ¥10M+ in the first month

Challenge

A Singapore ice-maker brand growing fast was considering entering Japan. More than 10 distributor candidates were competing for rights, and the client had zero experience with overseas brand expansion.

What we did

  • Direct face-to-face negotiation with the brand owner considering Japan entry
  • Won exclusive distribution rights against 10+ competing distributors
  • Market validation and initial revenue via crowdfunding
  • Secured additional SKUs including new colors and accessories
  • Full-service support from branding through sales, as the client was entirely new to this

Challenge

"Omi" — a breakout AI gadget brand from the US already in use among Japanese consumers — was choosing a Japan distribution partner. Major trading houses and other candidates were competing for the rights.
