First partner in Japan for a NASDAQ-listed company, selling from day one of the contract
Challenge
A NASDAQ-listed Israeli company was looking for its first partner in Japan. Despite 3,000+ units sold overseas, they had no sales channels or customer network in Japan.
What we did
- Partnered with a Japanese corporate partner to propose a market-entry collaboration
- Built a setup that enabled sales from Day 1 of contract (secured exclusive rights, immediate launch)
- Designed same-day upsell from the existing customer list via email newsletters, led by Eifer's Japan partner
- Positioning and localization around the narrative "the most futuristic Apple Watch band ever, landing in Japan for the first time"
Results
- Sales from Day 1 of contract (first partner in Japan)
- Revenue achieved via email only
- Direct contract signed with a NASDAQ-listed company
